Technique de l'orage.

Technical direction, video design, stage management and performance.

A project where technique becomes a material for performance.

Technique de l’orage is a creation by Company L’Organisation, led by Élodie Ségui, where the stage becomes a space of circulation between human presence, image, light and technical gesture. The performance explores zones of friction between the intimate and the collective, between reality and representation, in a scenic writing built close to bodies and materials.

For this project, I was responsible for the technical direction, video design, stage management and an onstage performative presence. The video device accompanies the dramaturgy as a living material: projections, luminous textures, surfaces of apparition and fragmented images contribute to the construction of a sensitive space in permanent transformation.

The visual creation seeks a balance between technical precision and scenic fragility. The images do not illustrate the performance but extend the states of the stage, creating tensions, breaths and shifts in perception. Light, video and technical devices thus become full partners in the performance.

Technique de l’orage develops a hybrid form where technique is visible, assumed and integrated into the writing of the performance. Between theatre, performance and visual arts, the project builds an immersive scenic experience in which the tools of fabrication themselves become dramaturgical material.
